I came in with knee pain and long history of lower back problems. On my 1st visit Xrays were taken, and I was offered a treatment plan, which includes equipments not covered by my insurance. I've been coming twice a week for decompression therapy and other exercises to strengthen my back. I can say, in a month of treatment, my knees are 100% better, It would hurt when walking up and down stairs, now I don't have any pain at all. Dr. Weiss is very knowledgeable and staff are friendly.
By fair the best Chiropractor in Theif River Falls, MN. No one eles in town can even come close to the care and customer service The Dr. Nathan Weiss provide. He can provide care that most can't. Trust me I've been going to True North for over 10 years and wouldn't go anywhere else.
Awesome service, Dr Weiss fixed the problems that I have been suffering from for years. He doesn’t just fix your immediate problem, but finds the root of the problem and comes up with a treatment plan to fix you for the future. I have not felt so good in years. Highly recommend to give him a try.
Dr Weiss has been a life saver for me. I wish I would have been going to him since I have been having problems with my sciatic & bursitis problems. Sciatic in my right leg non stop & bursitis the past 2 years in the same leg. I'm an active person & gardening was hard for me to do. Great chiropractor. I had been to urgent care and orthopedics and physical therapy and really did not get much relief. I came to tru North to see if they could adjust me and after one treatment I had lots of relief. True and Honest staff. Hands down the best chiropractor I have been to.

When my neck began to bother me I felt it was time to find a chiropractor. I am not from the area so after seeing an ad for True North I called and set up an appointment. While reviewing x-rays it was discovered my torso was twisted. Dr Nathan sat down and planned out a process to get me back in shape. It took less time than expected (I followed the directions perfectly). After three months I was no longer in pain, I was balanced again, and I felt better than I had (mobility) in years. Thank you True North and your wonderful staff!
Very friendly place. Treatments have been helpful getting my neck and back in place. It's a process but is helping, went from 3 inches off in my neck to now 2 inches off. A work in progress!

As a dentist and ex special ops medic I have suffered from neck and back issues majority of my life ( I’m 60).
Dr Weiss was able to ID what the issues where and get me relief with a long term plan that included his work and a rehab program.
Never gonna be 100% but o was actually going to retire due to the pain. I feel now I can go another 10 years

They do x-rays to actually find the problem, and then they know what and how to fix the problem. There staff is the best of the best. Truly caring in every aspect. There are no other chiropractors that will x-ray first. This is the only place that does. Hope each and every one that reads this, will give them a try. I know of people that keep having back surgery again and again and never fix anything

I can’t begin to explain how debilitating migraines are for those who don’t get them. I was to the point and was getting them so often, that I was apprehensive to go places or do something for fear of getting a migraine or bringing on a migraine.. I started going to True North Chiropractic Center 3 times a week for over a year, and I was feeling pretty good. Then I hit a deer with my car, and they helped me through that set back as well.. Now after 3 or more years of Nathan and his wonderful staff’s care, I am so much better!! I feel like I have my life back! I am now going 1 time a month for maintenance care. However, whenever I need an adjustment, they are able to get me in the same day. True North Chiropractic Center is truly the place to go if you need great chiropractic care. I appreciate them all so much!!!! God Bless these wonderful people!
